iTunes is Number 2!

Apple has gone on the record and stated that according to the latest NDP numbers, iTunes is the number 2 music retailer in the US! Overtaking Best Buy of the rank.

DRM Is Dead!

In a move not entirely surprising, BusinessWeek is reporting that Sony BMG announced yesterday that it would drop DRM; for at least part of its collection starting early this year.
